Amy Rose – Founder & CEO (she/her)
Amy is a Marketing and Engagement leader with over 20 years of experience building and growing thriving ecosystems across the technology and impact industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts & Science from the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington, with a focus on Human Rights and Sustainable Development. After 10 years collaborating with partners and driving GTM in the broader tech industry, she brought her expertise home in service to partners and customers in the Impact Economy, most recently leading Salesforce.org Partner Engagement and Network. Three Little Birds Agency is the culmination of that learning, collaboration, and growth within the impact ecosystem – a recognition and service to partners and platforms as we help your organization thrive and improve the outcomes for your constituents.
In her free time, you’ll find Amy volunteering with the nonprofit she co-founded, traveling, cooking & eating great food, reading, hiking with her dog (or her kids, if she can convince them), playing tennis (also with the kids, if bribed well), and pretty much anything arts related.
Tracy Kronzak – Principal Strategist (they/them)
Tracy has over 20 years’ experience working as staff, consultant, business owner, and corporate employee in service to the impact economy. They hold a Master of Public Administration degree from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service and are a Salesforce MVP alum. Tracy began their career in nonprofit technology in the days gone by of server racks and on-premise hardware while managing technology adoption and investments for a national racial justice nonprofit. They became a cloud technologist in 2008, and have been an administrator, consultant, and evangelist for cloud technology for good and data for good ever since. Along the way, they’ve worked with both small volunteer and global nonprofits, and presented on technology management and strategy to audiences ranging from select business leaders to the thousands at venues such as Dreamforce, the NTEN NTC, NetSquared, Good Tech Fest and other conferences. Tracy lives in Livermore, CA where they are a Planning Commissioner, helped co-found Livermore Pride, and loves to ski, write, and do pottery. They’re also a spouse, step-parent, and proud companion of a “purebred” goldendoodle named Lady California (aka “Cali”).
